Brad Bowton

Chairman

Brad is the Chairman of NashCap and is currently serving as a founding Director of CACE Partners. Brad has 30 years experience working as a management consultant with Bain International and McKinsey & Company and as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley International and Salomon Brothers where his focus has been within the Financial Services and Property/Construction industries. Brad served as a member of the Board of Directors of QIC and Watpac. Brad holds a BSc (Economics) and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Alastair Nash

Executive Director

Alastair has spent 15 years in the Australian real estate industry with a focus on investment, funds management and restructuring. Prior to founding NashCap, Alastair was a foundation member of the Blackstone real estate team in Australia and during his time there led over A$14 billion of real estate acquisitions. Prior to Blackstone, Alastair worked in the Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions team at Mirvac.

Paul Apostoles

Director

Paul has worked in property development for over 18 years, including 11 years at Mirvac which involved acquiring and delivering some of their landmark projects including Harold Park Glebe & Tramsheds, The Moreton Bondi and St Leonard’s Square. More recently Paul has worked on the development and re-zoning of Precinct 75, a large mixed use development in Sydney’s inner west as well as consulting to Greystar, the global leaders in Multifamilyliving. Paul received a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Fabian Nager

Director

Fabian has over 15 years experience in office and logistics property investment and development. At Mirvac, as the National Investment and Development Director, he led over A$1 billion of new industrial acquisitions and developments. Prior to joining NashCap, Fabian focused on securing and developing key infill logistics opportunities across Sydney with private equity investors. Fabian received a Bachelor of Construction from the University of Technology, Sydney

Dominic Hayson

Senior Associate

Dominic has been involved in capital markets and restructuring for over eight years. Prior to joining NashCap, Dominic worked within Deloittes’s Advisory team focusing on debt advisory, restructuring and Dominic has been involved in capital markets and restructuring for over eight years. Prior to joining NashCap, Dominic worked within Deloitte’s Financial Advisory, restructuring and turnaround. Dominic worked within McGrathNicol’s insolvency team prior to joining Deloitte.

Hannah Griffin

Associate

Hannah has been involved in corporate M&A, real estate and restructuring for over eight years. Prior to joining NashCap, Hannah worked in Cromwell Property Group’s Corporate Transactions and M&A team focusing on direct and corporate real estate transactions. Prior to working at Cromwell, Hannah worked in Transaction Services at KPMG and McGrathNicol.

Natasha Beljic

Asset & Development Manager

Natasha has worked in real estate development and project management for seven years. Prior to joining NashCap, Natasha was Development Manager in Mirvac’s industrial and logistics business, where she led the delivery of complicated brownfield redevelopment projects in Sydney and Melbourne in partnership with Blackstone and Morgan Stanley. Before Mirvac, Natasha worked in development and project management at coronation Property and AAP Corporation.
