NashCap acquired 18 residential terraces in The Rocks, Sydney, from the NSW Government. The sale represents the first private acquisition of residential terraces in The Rocks in over 120 years. The terraces, both residential and commercial, were built between 1855 and 1992 and sit on a single title covering 2,459 square metres. NashCap is currently undertaking the subdivision provision to enable eighteen separate titles, while simultaneously upgrading and refurbing the terraces.
